Holland Haiis author of the book Consciously Connecting shares her ideas for creating a
well balanced and successful life. She believes we need to disconnect if even for a moment from technologies and reconnect to ourselves and the people around us. Holland believes in helping others, and through her book is able to teach people how to live a life that is in alignment with their purpose. From speaking to writing Holland has the world cover as she helps people disconnect in order to reconnect to the most important thing of all, ourselves.

Biography

Holland Haiis is a successful business consultant that mentors and facilitates clients to reach their goals. She coaches on the art of leadership, the value of communication, marketing strategies, business metrics and how to reach personal and financial goals.

Holland began her career by designing a program to engage the residents in a nursing facility. She then taught gifted and talented children in creative arts and simultaneously worked with children who were autistic. By interacting with both the very young and aging population, this led Holland to greater personal creativity and connection.

She has worked in human resources, performed with the award winning Transport Group and started a consulting business whose specialty was in healthcare. For many years the focus was to transition doctors from hospital settings into the private sector.

Today Holland continues to coach professionals, executives, small businesses, non-profits and individuals to facilitate transitions and assess new beginnings. As a coach and motivational speaker she guides business owners on the path to become business leaders and transforms teams to bring their best to the work place. It is thrilling for Holland to have a front row seat to co-create and celebrate the success of others!

As the author of Consciously Connecting Holland incorporates these principles as she works with individuals and businesses which will help them engage in a plan of action as they become awakened, get excited and stay connected!

Holland lives with her husband, in Manhattan, and they continue to enthusiastically explore the world together. She has visited 100 foreign countries and 49 states, and looks forward to number fifty, Kentucky! Holland enjoys both water and snow skiing, scuba diving, architecture, travel, food, family, friends and entertaining.
